Produce receivers are the biggest crooks in the USA. They would even help their momma die more quickly if it would put an extra nickle in their pocket.

They are the worst of the worst. Hammers right they would steal from their dying mama. They will find any reason to reject a load even if you took it from the south side of their docks to the north side they would find something wrong..

    Dear Charlie,

WHEN Dispatch says what to do, do it.
IF IT'S THROW THEM OUT.... Find the NEAREST FOOD BANK and THEY WILL GLADLY UNLOAD THEM AND GIVE YOU A RECEIPT FOR THE DONATION.

The Broker might also tell you to TAKE IT TO HIS BUYER and they will RESELL IT....

I can Definately vouch for how picky bluebell can get on loads, have been with them for a couple years. After thier hysteria mess they've cracked down hardcore. Personally I feel terrible when we hear of loads getting rejected as it's essentially screwing the driver more than anyone else. With them all your ducks have to be in a row and only perfection is key there now. (As a future heads up for anyone)

I’m guessing after 3 years those watermelons are probably a bit rotten by now

That’s the game they play. Renegotiate the price.

I loved shippers that did this. I'd tell them my insurance would buy the product, and for them to load it back on my trailer and I'll dispose of it myself, or sell it at reduced cost.

They always fought to keep it, but if my insurance paid for it, it was mine. They always refused to put a claim in after that. All they want is free product to try and make more money. Little god #### cheats
