Well I weighted at half tank and had this numbers
    11400
    34660
    31409

I did fuel up but it didn’t made a difference in the driver just the steer

If you’re at a certified CAT scale most of them are spot on about 40lbs or error. Also when you scale you’re not supposed to set your brakes. I only set my tractor brakes though I don’t trust some of the truckstops making them perfectly level and sometimes I have to get off the truck to reach the buttons. But having your trailer brakes will definitely screw up the scale.

From what city to what city is the load headed to? You can PROBABLY get away with it by driving nights but some scales are open 24/7.

Yeah if you were setting all the brakes then you will appear heavier on one of the tandems the trailer brakes sgive some tension between the tractor and trailer.

If you took i95 and passed VA then you avoided one of the scales that are usually open. I know there’s a scale in MD that requires Everyone to pull in when open its right at the toll plaza. The one in Jersey is usually closed at night. Once you hit jersey and driving night then most of the scales onward to Connecticut are usually closed at night. But the one in Maryland is a tricky one sometimes they’re open at night and I know for sure DOT listens to cb chatter there too.
