I went to work for these jokers on the word of a fellow trucker. Well things were good for the first month, Then it went to hell. Paychecks not deposited, Lie,Lie, Lie, by office staff. I gave them the benifit of the doubt and gave them a chance. Well they are an epic fail bunch of broke #####. The owner is remote and let's these monkey's run his company. Brian Rieck talks a smooth line of #### but will break it off in you if he gets the chance. I questioned why I wasn't being paid and the top monkey Brian Rieck said "Oh were going thru a rough patch" They call themselves a heavy haul company, NOT!! They are oversized, And their drivers are not even rated to haul the loads thay haul, But Brian Rieck and Mike Orrender feel they are above the law. This is probably why Greatwide kicked them to the curb.

I quit them in Portland oregon where I live as I got in the truck there only seemed appropriate that I got out of it there. Thius didnt go over well. They threatened to sue me, Screw up my DAC, So I agreed to drive a load from oregon to PA. then I delivered his piece of #### trailer to WI. After I delivered the trailer I bobtailed to St.Louis on the promise of a plane ticket home and a paycheck. Well Brian Rieck upheld the plane ticket then sat on the truck for 3 weeks and hit me with a bill for truck repairs. When I got in the thruck in Poirtland Or truck was not inspected by Brian Rieck, When I dropped of truck to Brian Rieck he didn't do a truck inspection with me, He was to hungover, Now they want to charge me. I wouldn't work for this mom and pops opperation if they were the last trucks on earth. FELLOW DRIVERS RUN AWAY>

 

Tried that Big dog pile, They threaten with lawyers and the almighty DAC, I was a fool for giving back there truck till I got paid, Shame on me.

 

Yup. There are not many reputable outfits left. But your right lesson learned.

 

These jokers actually have an owner James Patrick Owens Jr Spartan holdings LLC, I'm pretty sure he either has no clue what these monkeys are doing or doesn't care, But every driver that quits will not see a final payday. They are based out of Missouri and will screw you. The ####### that dispatches and forges the documents is Mike Orrender, he will lie and then lie again. I have made it my goal to make these guys pay or go broke. My next post will include Mr.Owens home address and phone number. I warned Brian Rieck not to mess with me and my family.
