Well today I managed to use tjoes tooth picks to get said wires all reconnected to the black boxes they are supposed to be in. Hooked wires all back up to ecm and tried to crank truck no start. Primed the hell out of it still no start. Going to see if truck runs on ether tomorrow. If not I either have someone come down with computer to see if ecm is communicating properly or take out all the work I just did and flip wiring harness 180° and tooth pick away again and see if that works. Thank you all for your help so far and input

Did you tighten the allen head bolts when you plugged the harness in? If you didn't the plugs weren't in far enough to make contact.

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.

I tightened them down as far as the bolt would allow me. Both clips looks ultimately like one below
