Correct but just the o-rings normally are part of the full kits.

I would not remove the fuel pump to get to the damper, you can unbolt the filter housing and damper from the gear pump.

    You need parts 3, 8, 10, 13, 12, and 9 to service that damper.

My filter housing isn’t attached to the pump and #15 bolt(I believe there’s another bolt below it as well) doesn’t seem to be accessed with the pump attached.

You must have an older N14, if you remove those two bolts right beside the fitting the damper will unbolt from the gear pump

Ok, I got the damper but I don’t have the O-ring or seal that goes between it and the pump. I guess I need a part number for it as well.

it is number 3 in that parts listing I gave you.
It is very specific too, it is a rectangular ring seal and not just an o-ring.

I’m assuming, that since my pump doesn’t have the filter housing attached, #8(also rectangular ring seal) it either doesn’t use or I won’t need?

Yes, I had one of those fail right when I crested a mountain grade. When we removed the pump the coupler fell out onto the ground.
