What could I use to clean stubborn stains on the walls of my reefer trailer without discoloring the white walls? I bought some 409 spray, and haven’t used it yet, but I am beginning to think it won’t work.
The inside walls appear to be made of some type of flexible (?) fiberglass.

Did they say you had to clean them or you just doing it for the heck of it? That's a good question I never had any issues with stains on the walls of any reefer trailers I pulled for eight years. I know bleach cleans everything did you try that? Worst case scenario you could always just paint them.

In that case perhaps a pressure washer would do the trick

Vinegar is a great thing to have. I always keep at least a quart in my truck. It's nontoxic.

If a scrub brush doesn’t work use a blue scotchbrite.
