Go get some flat or satin white paint and paint over it. First do a section to see if it matches.

I stopped worrying about the scuffs and rubs against the sides a long time ago because the freight doesn't care.

The only way the paint will stay on the walls is to scuff them first. If you scuff the walls most of the problem will be gone anyway.
I’ve got all kinds of load lock marks on my walls and never heard a word about it.

    UPDATE:

It dawned on me to use a mechanic hand cleaner with tiny scrubbers. It worked really well. I think it would work even better with a brush.

Get a childs pernament marker cleaning sponge and some water. It might work. Instead of chasing giggling kid with coloring you might chase giggling forklift too high to give a *&^% about your walls.

Don’t feel bad! I have a brand new reefer that seems to be a target for careless dock workers and anything that can stain the floor. I’ve got pitting and stains from a load of salt that I hauled (don’t ask... I know I shouldn’t have done this) on the floor that I’ll probably end up spending a month scrubbing with steel wool. Fml. Anyway. As far as your walls go. I use 3M adhesive remover to clean the stripes left by the people that have no concern for other people’s property. It works well. Then I clean that with soapy water just to remove any aggressive chemicals left behind. Good luck!

Check my latest comment in this thread. I found a solution for stubborn stains.
