Replace two time alternator both brand new but voltage read 12.2.

    My Cascadia 2011 VIN#AR4509 don’t have the PNDB but I have the MGJB.

    Thanks for the info, I replace Red (Positive) cable from Starter to Battery soon I will replace Black (Negative) cable from Starter to Battery…I replace Black (Negative) cable from Battery to Chassis, I replace Battery Red (Positive) and Black (Negative) cables… soon I will replace Positive and Negative cables from Alternator to the Starter…I let you know if anything happen.

    Here in this picture you see the fuse box …now the fuse with the red circle…I put the volt timeter on the fuse to see if get some reading but I don’t get no reading 00.00

    It appears the is the power train power distribution module PT-PDM. The fuse you circled looks to be Fuse 7 which is "LVD/Remote sense".
    Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) and Remote sense circuit for your alternator. As I understand with everything hooked up, that fuse should show battery voltage when you check it with a multi-meter. If that is reading nothing it would seem like that is a break or open in the wire between that PDM fuse 7 and and the batteries.

    Ok, now am confused cable 5 & 4 are negative…right? Cable 3 is the thermo plug going to starter…Freightliner bypass that cable, now cable 1 is the switch so the starter can start the truck…NOW cable 2 was in negative section of the starter… that cable is negative ó positive?
