It appears the is the power train power distribution module PT-PDM. The fuse you circled looks to be Fuse 7 which is "LVD/Remote sense".
Low Voltage Disconnect (LVD) and Remote sense circuit for your alternator. As I understand with everything hooked up, that fuse should show battery voltage when you check it with a multi-meter. If that is reading nothing it would seem like that is a break or open in the wire between that PDM fuse 7 and and the batteries. -
Your alternator should be the Delco Remy 36SI with remote sense. Your remote sense circuit is 123E and should be a pink wire. Also, I found the installation guide to the Delco Remy 36SI to be interesting. Here's a link. https://www.delcoremy.com/documents...ation-instructions-33si,-34si,-35si-36si.aspx. It would be interesting to see a picture of connections at the alternator.

Ok, now am confused cable 5 & 4 are negative…right? Cable 3 is the thermo plug going to starter…Freightliner bypass that cable, now cable 1 is the switch so the starter can start the truck…NOW cable 2 was in negative section of the starter… that cable is negative ó positive?
