Thx,Nasriza! swapping transmission with manual seems to be serious work.
I know you guys have more choices, i'm searching the truck paper. I'm in Canada ,it's getting to expensive to buy a truck from US with this exchange rate, plus the import paperwork hassle, transport ,taxes. I purchased a truck from Houston Tx years ago, was too much headache until i got across the border and plated.

It's a machine every thing breaks eventually. That being said. How many I shift transmissions are on the road? How many are properly maintained? How many actually fail. Most failures are from not maintaining the equipment. Can you maintain your equipment and it still fail? Sure it can but not as likely.

believe it or not most failures actually come from the #### leveling valve rod falling off and people not noticing also tows not diconnecting drivelines and weld trans together.

But the transmission itself is a manual gearbox. I understand it has a lot of electronics that control it, but these trucks have electronic controlling everything now days.

My 2015 T660 has a separate ecm for each door just for electric windows. My point is that there is nothing simple about any component on any truck built after the late 80's to early 90's.
