So I was talking to a company and they said I had a restriction on my license, “no tractor trailer”. I’ve been driving over two years can you guys help me understand how I can fix this… maybe someone made an error when I switched from NV to FL…
Restriction "no tractor trailer" on license since moving?

Call the driver license office, whatever the state that issues your driver's license calls it, and ask them.
Siinman, Trucker61016 and nextgentrucker Thank this. -
What kind of truck did you use when you tested? If you used a dump truck pulling a tilt deck trailer, using a pintle hook, you get the O restriction. You need to test in a regular tractor with a fifth wheel.Siinman, Trucker61016 and BrothaTrucka513 Thank this. -
No big deal. You just can't drive a semi.

Demand that the reps at your local DMV Branch stop trolling and give you your "REAL LICENSE". They should fall in line shortly after you display cajones verbally.77fib77 Thanks this.

I tested in a semi truck, this is crazy.
-
Check with the Florida DMV to find out how that happened.
77fib77 Thanks this. -
Errors happen a lot.Just today I got sent in for a random, had my old driver's license on the paperwork for the testing. That got corrected fast.I changed license to a new state last December.

Did you CAREFULLY examine your CDL at the counter in the DMV office? What endorsements are showing on your physical CDL card now?77fib77, hope not dumb twucker and Siinman Thank this.
