Sears IS managed by a moron, and he is still there managing their decline and ultimate bankruptcy. He reminds me of Obama.

I dont think there is a Sears as we know it left in my part of Tennessee, just one of those psuedo Sears selling appliances and lawn mowers. And hell it has been up for sale (franchise maybe) for two years.

Kmart left three, four years ago when Dollar General opened next door.

The furniture/bedding retail sector is notorious for this. They will have "going out of business sales" and "bankruptcy sales" for 5+ years at all their original locations. It may be a bankruptcy filing actually happened, but there's likely not any doors going to actually be closing. Suppliers who feel lucky will continue to do business with them, while keeping their credit line very closely managed, maybe even COD or CBD

I refuse to shop at Dollar General.
I see them in the middle of No where.
Every time a small full service grocery is near, Dollar General, they almost always close.

JC penny's, Sears, and Kmart are all recently closed in my town.

Malls all across the nation are dying at unbelievable speed, and taking everything that resides there into the grave with them.
