And, last I knew they had the apprentice program too, two years in fact. At Schneider I could only get a year for the apprentice program. Definitely ask that question OP

TMC is a good company, started by a Marine and run as such. I had a 1st Sgt as my dispatcher which was kool. You will hear some negative about the company but most of that comes from those that didn't sign the line.... I wish you the best brother, and also want to give you some advice. If there is anything else you can do, besides drive truck, do that instead. HOOAH!!!

Since you live in Georgia, I am currently in CDL school with millis transfer they do have a terminal in Cartersville Ga, they do OTR and regional. OTR runs east of the Mississippi for the most part. I'm not totally sure if they will take someone out of CDL school or if you actually have to go to their school. Since you are military they do give a discount on their schooling. Just a suggestion.

I know it's kinda "Mega" but Averitt has a yard in Lawrenceville, GA, they treat us retired folks pretty good, and they do now have the apprenticeship program (using the GI bill) as well. I went with them when I retired and still have no need to look further. They are not the your average company, but they are far from bad...
I'm not a recruiter, so check out the website, but I'll be happy to answer any questions if you have any. -
