Don't accept the load. Tell them you are sick and don't feel it's safe to operate the truck. Then they'll give the load to someone else.

Don't take the load and drive it to where you indicated, if they fire you while driving, pull over because you are not authorized to drive that vehicle any more and call the police so you have a police record on it because you are no longer on their insurance, same thing if you took that load and it's after you quit date.
Plus if they fire you enroute to you destination, you can possibly call someone to pick you up too. -
How do these threads that are three or four or five years old keep popping up ?
