Yes you can. It's also called RT 16. Where are you going and what major route are you using? I live close by

When you under Boston in the tunnel on 93N When you come out get in left lane for RT 1N Exit 27. When you come over the Tobin Bridge you will get off Webster Ave. Short ramp. Go left under highway and quick left again onto RT 16. Stay in middle lane for a mile or so. Look for Wendy's on left. Spring St crosses 2 streets ahead. ( You can take left thru divider) Not sure what you looking for but most industry is towards the left.. It's a tight area with narrow streets and cars parking where they want.
There is NO ramp from Rt1N to RT16 west that's why I sent you on Webster St.

I am glad you got your answer. Just one point though. One of the best things you can buy as a trucker is a Rand McNally truckers Atlas. You can see all of the restricted routes and things like low bridge locations on the major highways. If you have not bought one I highly recommend you do. They are a bit pricy but I think tax deductible.

I've never understood when they don't rename it to blvd or something. Calling it a parkway when it's not just screws with people.

With that RT 16 there are sections that are "No TRUCKS" and it's just wide enough for passing cars. So yes you have to be careful on what sections you have to travel on.

In jersey parkways = no trucks.

I looked at my road atlas before I was loaded. I unloaded this morning, very little freight coming out today.

I just get paranoid since people say Boston is tight, like Chicago.
