I have a number of questions about Cheema Logistics, and would appreciate speaking to you about them. I believe you would have information that would assist another person, who ought to have read your review before starting with these guys.

You could try to PM these members. If they are still active on this site, you can get more details from them and possibly some more contact info.

    Hey Snowlauncher,

I appreciate you! I am working on getting the requisite posts so I can send PMs. Also trying to be open and obvious about what I am doing, because lawyers get a well-deserved reputation, and I'd like to steer clear of being part of the problem.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. Thank you

    Good morning,

If you mean fake as in "not very good," you're probably right. My California state bar license number is 332258. Again, I am looking to speak with people about their experiences at Cheema.

    I apologize, I should h
I apologize, I should have been far more clear about that. I represent the Plaintiff in this matter, who previously worked for Cheema. My first goal, is to gather as much information about the company as I can; it's a fun part of the litigation process. My other goal is to simply gather information, from truckers, about my client's claims.

Facts are facts, I haven't worked manual labor in over a decade. The other day, I tripped, and actually scuffed my hand; I literally have thin skin now. All of that is a self-depreciating way of saying I don't know the world you live in, and I'm not going to pretend I do. My second goal is to learn about the industry insomuch as it applies to my clients complaints (e.g., "local driver" subject to 12-hour driving limits, sounds like he would be right to argue about being made to work longer than 12 hours, but a Trucker might be able to tell me, "only if they assign a new load that takes you over the 12 hour mark" as a very specific example, that also serves the purpose of reinforcing I don't know a whole lot about the trucking industry)

    Numb Thanks this.
