Revving engine before releasing clutch?

    Even loaded light with any sort of incline i put it in low to start and 1st stage Jake it (otherwise almost impossible to hit 1st w/o really raking it)

    My dad told me of a driver at the company yard years ago.

    A driver with a truck with an auto trans tried to get it moving with a trailer on.

    My dad said he kept revving the engine more and more until boom!

    Drive shaft rolling on the pavement....

    Ooops, he forgot to release the brakes.....

    You know it baby. Had to get that home time mechanic assist.

    All I ever had were dpf clogs that somehow got put in the back of the line for a week ::shrugs:: and my ac belt fell off once...that was a more urgent repair ;)
