    Cash.
    Good & Consistent work.
Being paid for passing DOT INSPECTIONS.
    Being RECOGNIZED.

    That's all that matters.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just looked it up online and it looks great. I'm expecting it to be expensive. How much did it cost you? I will contact them soon for some figures too.

I think the collage course may have something to it. But here is a deal - with trucking job satisfaction is easy as long as the company does not have a screwed up office staff. If goals are obtainable and the truck is not a piece of junk satisfaction will come.

Money is then the prime motivator and way too many trucking companies are not pay us enough of it. Pay us for our work not the CPM crap. Keep the kitchy crap for the kindergarden class. Anything else is just insulting!

If I go to a company meeting or job interview and hear about one more cheesy bonus scheme I will walk out and be very vocal about it too. Get us loads, get our trucks fixed, learn the business, learn the regs., handle the customers, learn how to trip plan, and quit wasting company time and money on meaningless stuff.

you know what I want for doing a good job? It wont cost you anything really. I want to be able to do a weekend at home, even if I didn't stay out the whole 14 days I would supposedly need in order to "earn" my home time. LOL loosen up those BS rules tats what Ill take

    But cash works too.

    And more cash

Hey everyone, once again thank you all for the feedback its much appreciated. We asked some of our drivers at our last Safety mtg and they had pretty much the same responses. (except for the Happy-ending massage of course! :biggrin_25513:) haha
