RGN trailer rollers (to roll the neck onto the truck)?

    Can the rollers & pins be cleaned up and salvaged? If they are that bad I think I would take a closer look at the rest of the trailer. Real close.

    Rollers aside, pay attention to one detail. When you make your ramps make sure they carry the rollers up to the height of the center line of the pins on your 5th wheel head. That's going to save you a lot of spilled coffee picking it up loaded. Try to match the guages of the rollers and ramps as close as possible. Have to hold the rollers on the ramps until the trailer is grounded. If it gets enough of a run at the ramps sideways you can end up with your neck down on a tire and in a bad way.
