As stated, the leveling valve leaks from exhaust port regardless of whether I'm being unloaded or not. I've replaced the valve twice trying to fix the problem. Kenworth just says, "sometimes they do that".... Anyway, my question is, is there another air valve somewhere that works with the ride height valve that might cause this problem? Or...did I not install it correctly, even though I just swapped lines from one valve to the other? How might I fix this issue?

I’ve replaced the leveling valve on my truck a couple times just to see the air bags flat the next morning.

The valve on my flatbed trailer will keep the air bags inflated for weeks with no air loss, but it is a different style valve too….

I go thru valves every now and then. Especially with air ride all the way around. They do allot of work. They go bad. Maybe TRP vs. OEM. I haven’t replaced the TRP ones yet..

So, it's not just me, then. Speedco was going to fail my DOT inspection for it, even though I maintain ride height until I shut off the truck

I took apart an old leveling valve that I pulled off a trailer and it had gunk and debris in it. I think the inside of the tanks can corrode and send tiny flakes into the valve, along with moisture and oil. They're pretty easy to clean and rebuild, though; just a couple of o-rings inside.

That might be why it's in the mechanics forum

Have you played with the arm to see if there’s a spot where it stops leaking?
Quality control isn’t what it used to be.

If I just wiggle it, front to back, it stops
