What is the policy on riders? Actually wanting to know how many riders at the same time.

90 days solo, pay the monthly fee. One rider. If you are company. Lease? I have no clue. And I don't remember the lower age limit.

    Thanks guys.

I was just wondering because I was at the fuel pumps a couple of days ago when a Prime truck pulled next to me. Driver got out then a little girl about 5 or 6 followed. Then her comes another kid, and another then Momma along with a dog. The large dog stayed in the truck. At least 5 people and 2 dogs where in that truck.

Got to thinking that Prime wouldnt like seeing all of those folks in one of their trucks. as Im sure there isnt 5 seat belts. And Texas was even in the middle of their "blitz" looking for any type of violations.

And to top it off he had the fuel pump blocked off for 10 or 15 mins while they went inside for some McDonalds. He never fueled.

There isnt any restrictions on the rider policies for a lease truck? Dont the say "Leased to Prime" om the side? This one did not.

Five people just seems a bit excessive to me not to mention unsafe as Im sure that the were not enough seat belts for everyone. Gives Prime a bad image as well.

2 things tell me it's a L/O truck. One, more than one rider, and two, more than one pet, one of which was large. Company drivers are restricted to ONE pet, less than 30 pounds. You say there were 5 people in there, but only mention four. And 2 pets. And since you didn't see inside the truck, you can't tell what kinds of passenger restraints had been installed. Now, that does not mean I am advocating taking your family along for the ride. 4 people and two dogs in a rolling closet? We'd go crazy.

There was the driver, mom (?) and three daughters.

You are right, I didnt see the inside of the truck but Im willing to bet that there wasnt restraints for all everyone in the truck.

Not here to argue or start anything. Just was curious...
