Fat wallet syndrome can cause those problems if you drive with your wallet in your back pocket.. First thing I do is put mine on the dash before I sit down.

Smoking cigarettes if you do will also cause those problems..I’m an expert on the subject, lol.

Seriously, go see a Dr, ain’t none of us qualified to answer your health questions.

I had that happen to me years ago. I was prediabetic at the time and was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy in the right leg. It got so bad for a while i had a burning sensation in my groin. I was prescribed physical therapy and naproxen. The burning sensation went away after a couple of months, but the tingling(numbness) has persisted to this day. Another thing the doctor said was to not drive with my wallet in my right rear pocket.
Hopefully you won't get that bad.

Something similar happened to me. My cure was to use a firm seat cushion. That was just enough to raise my leg so that it did not touch the edge of the seat, taking the pressure off of that part of my leg.

I had blocked arteries in my legs. The test is simple enough, they just test your pulse on your wrist and then ankles first. They sent me to a cardiologist, good shape now.I would see a doctor.

Take your shoes off when you drive. See if that helps.

My leg would get a dead feeling sometimes and that usually helped me. Stretch your toes like trying to be a duck and sit towards the edge of the seat and raise your feet up so you feel it in your outer hip and abs.

People like to make fun of guys walking around in slides at truck stops but feet weren't meant to be scrunched up in shoes all day and night.

I had the same thing happen.
Turned out to be vascular issues.
    Major issues.
    See your doc.
Request ultrasound of your arteries from groin to toes specifically.
I had aneurysms behind my knees that caused my issues.
    3 surgeries later, I'm functional.

You can do exercises while you're driving. Contracting and relaxing each part of your body to mimic curls, squats, military presses and lateral raises, leg curls and extensions, etc. You can stretch the different parts of your body by doing shrugs, trunk twists, and neck rotations. All of this WHILE you're driving. Don't stay sedentary.

I have a daily routing when I'm driving. I break up my day into "sets", just like doing exercises in the gym. Depending on how far I need to drive that day, the sets will range from 125 to 175 miles. (Of course sometimes I'll run 300-400 miles without stopping if I'm feeling a little frisky.) I usually do 3 or 4 sets. The sets are divided by my 2 short breaks and my 1 long break. On my 2 short breaks I'll dunk my head in cold water wherever I'm at, and do some leg stretches using the catwalk or the door steps. Also, WHILE driving, I'll have a different entertainment/distraction routine for each set to help the day go by quickly. In one set I'll listen to a specific type of music on Pandora (depending on my mood and alertness), another set I will listen to an audiobook, and yet in another set I will listen to a game or a talk show. All of this is designed to help the day go by quickly and to diminish the monotony.

For less than $100, you can have nice little "gym". I have a 2-pound jump rope (that WILL kick your fanny), push-up handles, gym rings that can be attached to a pole or a flatbed/van cross-member, heavy elastic bands, and an ab roller. Sometimes I take my concrete weights to make dumb-bells.

Usually, tingling in your extremities signals some sort of circulatory problem.

YES! People don't realize that your wallet in your back pocket causes spinal alignment problems.

I knew a few guys that went through this. All of them felt the need to carry a filing cabinet in their back pas well.
