I’m trying to picture this scenario, you said you merge right to let CHP in, was the on ramp on the left ? Was it a 2 or 3 lane Highway ?
-

Looking for the onramp that would be coming from the left side…
Diesel Dave and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

He's probably one of those tards that was driving in the right lane and decided to go park on the shoulder to jerk his chicken, and didn't notice the officer he cut off that was merging on to the freeway.. I find it hard to believe chp would be involved in the original story at all. They have way better things to do .JonJon78 and Diesel Dave Thank this.

Then that means he must of been in the “middle lane” or passing lane.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

You know how many “Unnecessary” lane changes I see trucks doing in the Communist all day long ? They’ll be in truck lane(right) and they’ll hop over to the passing lane for absolutely no reason. I’m right behind them and see nothing in front.

An unsafe lane change ticket is one of those in the "Serious" category. Like tailgating or speeding 15 and over. 2 in a rolling 3 year period will get CDL suspended for 90 days. If California considers a Unnecessary Lane Change the same as an Unsafe Lane Change, then @Powder Joints better be getting a lawyer to fight this one.D.Tibbitt and Diesel Dave Thank this.

when you are cutting off another vechile that has the right of way, and when your crossing a solid line.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.
