I don't know why you couldn't unless there is a "no turn on red" sign. Making a right turn at a red light is the same thing as making a right turn at a stop sign.

Depends on the state laws. It is not allowed in NYC for any vehicle, etc. States were allowed to authorize turns on red during one of the gas crisis times.
In PA you can make a left on red at the juntion of two one way streets...99.9999999% of PA drivers forgot about it in a week or so, my hometown had two places where you can do it and everyone looks at you like you just ran over a baby stroller when you do it...
Check the state regs. -
Roehl policy is no turn on red, whether haz-mat or not. I always feel bad making people wait, but better safe than sorry.

If you are authorized and policy prevents it, 4wheelers will be upset and try to sneak around even more on you. -
