I can tell you how "the story teller" found this site and this post by one of two way's. Either a current or former employee called and gave them the information ORRRR someone simply went to Google.com and typed in "bad talking raider express" and look at the first thing that pop's up!

Happened to me just that way.......
or the other. -
I hear ya. Well, if the company is the one's in the wrong then they will have a hard time explaining to the IRS as to why they have "extra money" they shouldn't, and the Labor Board on why OP was showing being employed but never received such pay.
I had to deal with the same thing with F.F.E. They kept coming up with every excuse under the sun not to pay me until I made the threat towards them of contacting the IRS and Labor Board. My check got to me real fast then and not another word was said and my DAC came back clean. That goes to show something dirty was indeed going on.Opeth72 Thanks this. -
Just happened to be listening to the radio tonite around. 02:00.
I heard a 30 second blip that Raider is hiring and their best drivers
Are earning. 80K. Per year. Is this true or just a "Come On"?
I looked at their website and of course searched this site for any
Insite.
I don't think I'll be appling for a job at Raider Trucking.Opeth72 Thanks this. -
Opeth72 Thanks this.

I'm going to honestly answer this. No it's not true. You'd have to run illegal constantly. Plus they never explain what you're truly making on the paycheck stubs. Raider sucks!
-
BTW they start you off at 29 cents an hour. They also tell you you'll be home every two weeks but instead they keep you out for two months at a time. It's a really messed up company full of ignorant liars. I was excited to work there when I first started until they decided to put my CDL in jeopardy. They ran me 18 hours a day and still I was making crap money. Than you try to speak to Ashley about your paycheck stubs and why you're not making much. She just ignores you. Never returns phone calls and tells you everything is a debate. I hated working for them. I just started working for FFE. They are ok. Nothing to write home about. If you have experience I'd go with Crete. Crete seems to be pretty descent from what I read. Once you get two to three years under your belt I'd head for the tanker industry. Especially with all the oil fields out here. That's my 5 cents for you. Try Raider, but guarantee you won't like the BS. If you have any questions feel free to send me messages.

well it's been a while. got on with fed ex and all is well. i will try to address some past posts. first "texas mike" is the owners son. cracks me up to read that crap. not a driver by a long shot. and boy does he make that clear with his knowledge it was a comcheck. he was correct. then again
he is in management so he should not that. i believe it was his wife as one of thos telling mt to get the rf out. and yes, they did claim to pay money they never paid on my tax return paperwork. so we will see where that goes. dont think i have forgotten you raider. hard to forget a child ripping up a check in your face. and as far as this last poster "pirate", he seems to have it down pretty well. and oh yeah, texas mike, u say they never paid 400 a week? i have at least one other person in orientaion that day that can disagree with you there. and i am sure there are others. maybe you changed it, but up to my orientation it was 400 a week. dont pretend you dont know what a finisher is or was. maybe you only did that nonsense for a short time because the guy you hired to do it wasnt a big fan of yours. so maybe that finisher thing came and went as fast as your work ethic. how you could know all this other stuff but not know the finisher part tells me without a doubt who you are and how brown your eyes must be.anyway, that is enouvh for now as i am on one of these windows mobile phones typing on a midget keyboard. i apologize for any typos. bouncing in a truck and typing dont mesh. and no i am not driving! until next time, take care and keep letting the truth fly about this company. -
Now I'm wondering why the truck was bouncing. Sounds like you're having too much fun in there.

If you want further proof just ask. Hell there are even pictures of me on this forum, and I do not look anything like him.
So get your crap straight before you make assumptions.
As for your other comments about things I have said, I stand by them, 100%. They are my impressions and thoughts, and I have every right to them.
I've said it probably twenty times on this forum. Raider is an acquired taste, it isn't for everyone. The company has problems just like every other company out there, if it doesn't work for you, don't let the door hit your ### on the way out.
I personally like the company, no I take that back. I personally put up with all the crap at the company because it works for me to do so. I'm happy with the money I make; I'm an O/O and after expenses for 2009 I took home $57K. Other O/O's that I've talked to, took home less, some others took home more. It is all how YOU do YOUR job. Period.
I'm happy for the time being, if I ever become unhappy I'll take my truck someplace else.Republic 5500 Thanks this.
