sounds better than my 750 dollar paycheck..i wouldnt mind doing a deal like yours kid..but im not ready to go back otr again just yet..as far as the lease goes i would never want to own one of them trucks anyways so they may be using you but you are also using them as well to provide a better life for your family..i would rock that deal for as long as i could..be safe..

with risingers trucks, if they hav an a.p.u. on it,its disconnected and they wont let you hook it up. sounds like a bad deal to me. with k.c.m. ur not allowed to put a generator on it to save fuel, so it sounds like to me that they really dont want you to make a good living. dont get me wrong, i liked working for them, but the would short you on the pay miles and surcharge.

What kind of fuel economy are you getting from that Volvo?

I have driven Volvo trucks with Cummins engines as well as the Volvo engine and have found the cummins outperforms in power and fuel economy at running 70+ mph. Not to mention the Volvo engine brake is a joke.
