Who do you have? Bob was my last one and he was great. I had several while I was there and the worst one I had was Steve.

I have Andrew. I talked to him for a little while, and he seems to be alright. I did ask him if he graduated jr. high yet. lol. Seems like the older I get, the younger the dispatchers look.

Been sitting at freightliner in knoxville all day with a blown head gasket and a couple other issues. Looks like I might be here a couple days. Mechanic said that they may end up having to do a complete overhaul.
What a way to start out, only 2000 miles in and already down. Oh well, atleast I'm on my 30 day warranty, so I don't have to pay for this one. As long as they get it fixed right, then that should be one less thing to worry about for awhile.

Well, Couple Of Good Things about this considering the engine problem vers. regular leases or financing.
    1. you will get $75 a day from Cure sitting there for the duration of the time and shouldnt have a truck payment even if you were off your 30 day warranty. Take to cure they will forgive the truck payment that week and pay you the $75 a day.
    2. Risinger should put you up in a hotel for the 1st 2 days them Cure will take care of the rest of the stay.
    3. You wont have any fixed expenses for the 1st week, and the 2nd week is only insurances. The 3rd is the one you get hit with everything.
    4. Could be paying for it out of your pocket

When your at the dealer or when your home get a dealer to look the truck over 110% cure will fix everything. 1st week I went home they put $12750.00 into this truck. new turbo, intercooler, rear end, drive shaft. pretty much a new drive train.

It's all good. Atleast with all the repairs that they have to fix now, that's just less expensive headaches for me later.
Thanks for the advise, I will have to ask them about the hotel and cash for sitting.

Well Guys, Hate to say this but, just heard from jim Davis one of the owners that the lease purchase is soon to be going bye byes. i'm guessing that due to problems with drivers or something. In the next few weeks our lease purchase will stop. The only way Risinger will put, you on is with your own truck. So, looks like who ever got on or has confimation on orientation are the people that will and are able to do the lease purchase unless one of the lease trucks come open from either KCM or Cure. I hope who ever got on from my post got on here. If not and your still thinking about it i wouldn't think too long.

dont forget, they pay by household, not by p.c. I was leased to them and for every dispatch i got, it was 10 - 13 % short on real miles.

Just A quick side note on this forum, Sense Jim Davis has stepped down out of the planning part of Risinger. The Company has gone down hill. Beware, Short hauls, avg. 2300 miles a week.....
