Mine is not showing yet...here ya go!

    LOL.

If you are a broker contacting us carriers PLEASE for the LOVE OF GOD ditch these absolute losers! They will cost both of us money and time and annoy YOUR customers at the same time! Of all of the leaches in trucking, RMIS and truckstop.com (same company) takes the cake! Handle your own certs or just use the friggin free gov site! My insurance agent wants to create a class action law suit against these clowns.

Aquisitions are never beneficial to the users of a service/customers, only the owners of the buisnesses involved

Idk I've always had an easy time with RMIS. A few clicks and read over the brokers contract and it's done.
On the other hand I use the truckstop.com board because I'm a flatbed but it's not a good product. It's missing some very basic option when searching for loads and the features for lane averages are total garbage compared to the competition.

The problem comes when ya have a problem. A problem that they create and you have to solve.

I often wish the brokers would get fed up with truckstop and move all the flatbed loads somewhere else. Low quality board with questionable search results. The only rmis problem ive had was getting insurance updates done. They ran about 3 or 4 wks behind last year and acted like its no big deal.

I've never had any problem with rmis. Actually it always seems as though the broker set up with them it was pretty fast.

Funny story about truckstop.com. I have dat and I was talking to someone the other day and I figured I would call truckstop.com and see if I can get a free trial.

By pure coincidence I happened to call when dat was down, but that was not the reason for my call at all. Well this woman on the other end of the phone was some kind of a salesperson and she tells me that they will not give a free trial and that's the reason why dat is down, because they give everyone free trials and it blocks their system up, it's what she tells me.

So she starts going through these prices and I thought the first price she said was $150 Maybe... so I said to her look all I want to do is just have a trial of this. Can't you do that?

She then tells me that I can go on with her live and I can see it in action. I said well that's wonderful but just seeing what's on there today randomly at whatever time it is doesn't help me. I need to see this over at least 2 weeks or so and then I can reasonably make a decision.

With all her sales gimmicky slickness, she said oh no no no we can't do anything like that but we do have promotions I can give you. So I said to her that's okay, if I can't see what your product is before I buy it, I'm not interested. Thank you have a nice day.

About 10 minutes later I'm looking through my emails and she emailed me, because she has my email from fmcsa, so she emails me and says we can give you a 14-day free trial, how about that?

So I look on the fine print and it says that you will be charged the full price of the highest package if you do not cancel at least 5 days before the due date.

I'm not impressed at all. I guess she's a sales woman but she was way too slick and gimmicky and whatever. I don't appreciate she told me flat out she could not do it and then she turned right around and did...and I really really didn't appreciate that you're going to Sock me with the full price of the highest package if I don't cancel within 5 days of the cancel date?

They may have more flatbed loads or hot shot loads or whatever, but they just seem like a real rip off company.

I really really really really really really want to know the money and the person(s) behind them both.....I guess I am just very curious as to what a person looks like that runs such a crappy business.

I mean it is kinda hard to find that many bad reviews on anyone anywhere in any industry.

    AT&T?

They irritated me years ago and then again recently which brought me here after reading others stuff.

Something fishy here....they force you to become aware of their existence by creating a problem that you have to solve with them at which point they sell you truckstop.com......

Keep in mind the load that leads you down the path is long gone if it really ever even existed???

    Brilliant!!!
