small buck.... at the last moment he turned and tried to headbutt the semi!

 

Nothing big so far. But let's talk small? Do butterflies count? We're all professional butterfly killers, so sad.

 

I was sitting in a rest area in TN one afternoon & was watching a heavy haul go by; the trailer looked to be just inches off the pavement. Two deer ran out of the woods & the heavy haul hit them dead center of the tractor & nothing but hamburger came out from under the back of the trailer. The heavy haul driver didn't ever slow down & kept on trucking. He had one of those big bumpers made with those heavy pipes; cattle guard. It was surreal to see.

 

I've hit 4 deer and countless birds and small animals I spend alot of time working in the sticks

 

yep a crapton of butterflies and one small bird that I heard hit above me is all ive hit.

closest ive come to a sizeable hit was in ohio my first month of solo, I saw a buck coming across the median and was on the brakes as he came out and almost got creamed by the fourwheeler that shot by me in the left. that guy musta had to change his shorts later....full lockup at 70+!

was a beauty of a ten pointer tho! I felt good that he wasn't wasted on the highway and maybe a hunter would get a shot at him
