Road rage attack leads to tractor trailer flipping over on a New Jersey highway

I was explaining essentially the summary of that shooting video combined with the certainty of the threat presented and the need to get it stopped, even if it meant that the bad guy is killed. There are many situations in which a clear line is not present and if you were to draw and shoot, you would be the one going to jail or electric chair.
