So the truck driver drove like a #######, the son started firing shots, and the father thought he was Superman stopping the truck with his hand.

A lot of genius at work here.

If he had fired the shots after the driver tried to run over pops, he'd have been ok. But since he jumped the gun, being the "little man" he was, he shot the man without cause.

Now, the trucker.
If Jr shot at me, yep, pops would have gotten almost run over by me too. Pops didn't have any business in front of an 18 wheeler, holding it like he was going to prevent it from moving. Idiot.

All Jr & pops had to do was call the police & wait for them to come work the accident. No point in restraining the driver, putting his life in danger by "holding on to the front of the truck" for pete's sake.
Jr was ok for bringing the gun to investigate but he should have left it in his pocket. But he had no call to pull it or threaten the driver.... much less shoot him. Idiot.

Jr is gonna he in a heap of trouble before all this is over, I'm afraid.
Pops may not be off the hook if they see fit to charge him with holding the driver by standing in front of his truck. Holding or detaining someone against their will is kidnaping. That's not for the citizen to do. Let the police detain him.

Just stop & wait for the police. But nooooo, Jr had to pull his piece, fire off a few shots & shoot somebody. Idiots.

Took the words out of my mouth. And if Jr had a firearm permit with Indiana guaranteed if he’s convicted he’ll lose it!

Some people really need to chill the heck out and play the tape through in their minds before they act. I see road rage all the time it's like some folks are just lookin for a reason....morons.

That was the incident that happened on the west side of San Antonio, the one where the pickup pulling a bobcat on a trailer pulled out in front of the truck and then did a hit-and-run on him when they both exited off the highway to, ahem, settle their differences.

Yeah, a felon cant hold a conceal carry permit. A felon cant open carry. A felon cant own a gun. A felon cant be in possession of a gun. A felon cant even live in the same house with a gun.

Unless Jr gets acquitted, he may as well pawn that thing to help pay his attorney fees. He ain't gonna be able to have it anyway. Jr's an Idiot.
