That, and/or the evidence Is so overwhelming that the defendant has no choice but to either take a plea or end up taking a harsher sentence. And given the fact that they got this young lady on cameras at multiple angles, the prosecutor has her dead to rights.

The video is rough, but you know the defense. She's a woman and overwhelmed, emotional, etc. Poor little thing.
-
Hey folks, anyone who watches the video can clearly see the female is not at fault. She is actually the victim.

Not overwhelmed enough to smash a bus window with a jack and try to mow down an old bus driver (no respect for elders).

Equal rights- a jail sentence (and an *** whipping) doesn’t discriminate between genders. -
I keep thinking long ago back to about summer of 1974, the last time we had horse police and at least one Policeman on several blocks worth of corners. They knew EVERYONE. Strangers were detected on sight and intercepted for a hello. Most of the time they like us kids gravitated to pet the horsie and feed it a apple or something (After a inspection by the cop) and a few more pets. Horsie don't mind at all. After a few visits they start taking a step towards you knowing it's munch time.
Anyway.
That all ended about that time when Baltimore said two cops to a car. And nothing on the block until something happens to show up and clean up.
Things changed irrevocably that year. -
She looks feisty.
