Hey guys,
I am going to take my road test soon. A few weeks ago I felt like I could pass this test and get my license. Next week I am taking my test and now I am nervous and starting to doubt myself a little. This is my 3rd time doing this test. Any tips?

Just relax and take a deep breath. Most people who fail the road part is because they are nervous. Treat it like you are just practicing.
Pay attention to road signs, bridge height's and speed limits.
You can do this.Rideandrepair, Mr. EastCoast and hopeful eyes Thank this. -
Don’t think of it as an exam. Don’t overthink it, just think of it as taking a friend in a ride around town. Follow the speed limit in mich I think they’re required to ask you two bridge heights, so just say I’d just say them out loud when I see them.. are you testing in a manual?

Slow manuevers are 90 percent set up and 10 percent reading your trailer.. Remember the slower you go the more reaction time you have, you also have to give it some movement to first before turning the wheel.. you don’t need to fight the steering wheel, it should be more of a guiding the trailer rather than a turning..
any particular manuever you struggle with? What exactly happened when you failed?Rideandrepair and Jenn72 Thank this. -
