This service was included with my truck purchase. The day I took my truck home the quick release valve blew out and I ended up skidding off of the road. I called the dealer, they said call Roadside Masters. I tried several times to get through to get some help. No one ever answered. After 9 months they wanted me to sign up early again, I told them there wasn't a rat's ### chance in hell. The Chief Technology guy get in an email dispute with me, blaming me for all the reasons I couldn't get through and basically states I'm a moron. Little did he know, I worked in IT and phone systems back in the day. I know how they work. The problem was in their hunt group. But they couldn't even admit that. They still send me emails asking me to sign up. I've broken down another time since that accident. It never occurred to me to waste time on this clown show. They should change their names to Roadside Amateurs.

Get with Loves or TA and see what they can offer you. Yes it can be pricey but at least someone will pick up the phone and you will have a pretty good ETA about when help can arrive.

Oh look, another email telling me my last chance to sign up is tomorrow. What will I ever do? A-holes. Avoid at all costs.
