Roberts & dybdahl

Any info on roberts & dybdahl (R&D)? They are looking for straight truck drivers in the Omaha Ne area. I currently go there to pick up lumber for my current employer. I know the old talk to a driver bit, the guy that loads us is also in charge of the drivers. Had another driver from my company tell me the starting wages and other misc. things, but am wondering more about the driving aspect of the job. Thanks for any info you can provide.
