Robot trucks?? Are you kidding??

    Once again my opinion on robot trucks is supported.
    I explained technical reasosn and also pointed out that legislation and the insurance industry will strangle this at birth. Here you have the proof. I went to lengths to speak about actuary tables and why an insurance company will not touch this with a bargepole. Here is an article by Samuel Barrados speaking to this exact point.
    It is not going to happen and I have already 100% dismissed the idea.
    Millions of dollars waste.

    Yep. I like how they mentioned that this kind of technology breeds driver inattention. Exactly why I don't agree with stuff like adaptive cruise, blindspot indicators, backup sensors etc. People take it for granted and don't bother paying attention to the driving environment.
