Rockwell, Access America Transport

Here is a broker trying to get this load out today because of shortage of trucks due to holly days, he was listing it again and again. Listen to this guy (Access America Transport) who answers the phone (In the recording he is laughing and saying that this load has been covered since 8:30 in the morning I told him that it just got reposted, he replys I dont kno why it keeps coming back. on board). My question is that, is this phone blocking team answering, or is it really the broker who is drunk and don't know what he/she doing with their loads. All of the loads if not most of them say they are already covered, but on the load board they are listing again and again.
