I don't know whats going on. I work 14/7 out of Ellenwood and can't get dispatched at launch time. My Fm has had problems and has not been at work on a regular basis and I hope for the best for her family, but this is costing me money. I was supposed to go out tomorrow, now its Wednesday, last launch delayed one day, launch before that 2 days. I cannot hardly contact anybody on the phone for launch. I leave voice messages but no one returns calls. I think I need to move to a more responsive company.
Any advice from Roehl drivers. I have been here for three years with no problems till now.

WE must have the same FM for the past few weeks it has been chaos it seems. i go from a normal regular FM to getting hijacked around. I have no clue who my FM is anymore. My regular FM I haven't heard from and it gets old not knowing who is doing all your scheduling or who you need to contact. The least they could do is say " hey I'm your new FM." They talk about communication 24/7 but they never give us any and expect it from us. Give me a break. Just a rant, but when you have no idea who your FM is it becomes a hassle not knowing what's expected of you.

Who's your DM? I know some folks, I'd be willing to get your ball rolling.

I would call the day before to say HEY what's my load for tomorrow? Keep the pressure on BEFORE you go out. Just my two cents, but what do I know. :biggrin_25520:

Looks like I have a new FM. Will see how all works out. Roehl is keeping me rolling for the long weekend. Not pushed but have 1200 mile run (300 mt/ 900 ld) that delivers Tues. morning.
I always call the day before launch. I live about 30 miles from terminal, and would rather sit at house instead of the yard.

I'm not sure if they got a lot of new people or not but it kind of sounds that way. I just finished up school in marshfield and have been sitting at home now going on three weeks. I keep calling the office, but they lady there seems new and not exactly sure whats going on around her. Plus the holiday that passed didnt help and alot of trainers took time off. Hopefully i can get outa here soon, daughter needs diapers and wifey needs to eat!
