I know the routines, and I know my max heart rate. What I need to know now is how can I get my heart rate down in the next two weeks. Even my resting rate was 94 after lunch sitting in a chair. I can't eceed 164. I need ANY usefule tips.
I know: no more soda, no salt or carbs. I plan to run every day.
I am missing: ????
