    If you are going to get fired or leave a company under those conditions, why not write a letter with all supporting documents supporting your case to all the executives of the company. It may or may not help your case, but it may make life better for the other drivers that have to deal with these idiots.

    Any public company will have the top executives listed somewhere on the web, andstart at the top and work down. You would be surprised what a well written letter will accomplish. You should never just "walk away", it just reinforces their behavior.

    I didn't make the video. I just posted it because it is very similar to my own experience with those same guys in the Gary Terminal.

    I did actually go to Dan Roehl and complain. He acted like he was going to be helpful, but then he just blew me off. After that I just decided I didn't want to work for a company that was going to treat me in such a miserable way.

    I like how the guy in the video is going to "Stay Professional" then uses the words dweeb, moron, #######, ignorant, unprofessional, unqualified, incompetent and flamboyant then proceeds to point out a guys acne problem.
