    Yep, in my area (on the east side of I-95) national van is all that is available as a new hire.

    I think that's right. My recruiter says I'll start national van at 32cpm with another 2cpm @ 3 months and another 2cpm @ 6 months...all with clean records, of course! So you would add 2cpm to all that for flatbed, right?

    A man to that brother. i dont see how they think having a driver in every area with no freight is profitable. cause i already want to get with a different company and i only been there 3 mos. if they want to keep training new guys cause thats the route their going, then their going to spend alot money in training people at this rate.
