Roehl the inside scoop from orientation to training to driver

i dont know who you think you are calling me a office troll but you need to start reading from the beginning before you make a CHUMP asumption like you did. I am the one who started this thread. by the way if your a roehl driver and know all about the company then what do you think of the new pay plan. i'm sure you experienced drivers if your a safe and good driver then you got a raise. if not, like i said you need to be safe and good to retire with them. anyways tghats how i felt about them before they started slacking on the miles

I'm only getting in 454 miles for the week. one part to do with is my home time and a fire in Cali put me a day behind plus they gave me a 2400 mile relay to end next week on tuesday, picking up tomar. those miles wont matter if they dont give me anything next week. any luck on ATS? im leaving as soon as i can

 

do you know if they only have one orientation terminal?

 

yeah at six months im going to apply for them. i was told its a year now but im goin to apply for them every month after six until they get tired of me and hire me.

 

Well after being jerked around far to many times. I've decided to move on from the ######## of this company and their politics. No one can survive on the miles their giving and this company is a waste of my time. Good luck to everyone else
