flatbedders dont go through phase 3 anymore... what ever dispatcher or fleet manager you get is what your stuck with... or atleast until you get fed up... my fm has 2 more weeks to make things rite or im looking to get a new fm... tired of the crappy loads im getting and she not doing a thing about it...

Sounds like you may have a new one. I can't blame you at all. I sent you a pm of who to request cuz he's awesome for me.
Also it would make sense since their are so few flatbed dispatchers

That's right bro. Don't let anyone stand in your way. I'm wanting to get into heavy haul too, that's why I gotta get the flatbed experience first

I do, yes. I won't work for a company that doesn't allow it.

Hawthorne, FL huh? I grew up in Williston and went to High School in Newberry. Small world. I just got my pre-hire for ROEHL today. Still in school, but it is flying by and I need to get some pre-hires done to determine what route to go.

I am currently at Roehl's orientation/interview. So far I think it is a great company and i really like the instructors. I did a lot of research before choosing Roehl and am very satisfied with my choice, very professional company.

    KF7WTV and Kash6972 Thank this.
