I hope it wont be like that when I go to orientation, I'm scheduled to go to Gary on July 15 to start orientation on the 16th. I hope I don't have to go home to wait for a trainer, I can't afford that.

What is the differance in the Gary yard from the one you went to Norm?

My husband is a trainer waiting to get a student so maybe one of you will be assigned to him. His name is John and is in truck 6898. Good luck to all.

Good luck to both of you.I just finished up with Roehl, retired now.Sounds like ya got the right attitude.Just remember that although Roehl is a good company, you are still gonna have some bad days on the road. But just take them in stride and things will work out.

So true Road Dog. There will be days when things just happen and can put a kink in your day. Roehl is a good company but no company is perfect. Trick is to roll with the tide. If you let every little thing get under your skin you will burn out quickly.

I was sent home for 4 days after orientation, but some of the guys left out the last day of orientation. They bent over backwards to get me hooked up with the Evo I trainer. I leave tomorrow with my Evo II trainer. He is coming to my house to get me.

I skimmed over the 15 pages in this thread as well as some of the other Roehl threads and I did not see anyone speaking about Roehl's National Van Division. Anyone have any info on that they care to share?

Oh, and if someone has already address the Van Division and I missed, then I apologize and if you'd be so kind as to point me in the right direction, I'd appreceiate it.
