The Rollover will always be on your record. Unless the computers at DAC and England get wiped out. Even after a couple years break. Still companies are hesitant to pull the trigger because of the rollover. You still will have a better chance then, but you will have to start back from scratch with no recent experience. Some will require a refresher course or school all over again. Not sure if it's worth the headache.

If I had quit I would owe England 3k for their "school." If they fire me I don't owe them anything. So being fired having a job to go back to was the lesser of two evils. It's the only termination on my history. In a couple years it will be irrelevent.

Are you sure about that. I was fired from CRST and I still had to pay them back.

Well I am glad that you have a job to fall back on and congratulations on the baby. Everything does work out but sometimes it seems that it wont.

True enough. What Chewy did basically amounts to crashing into a Doctor's Bentley in the hospital parking lot.

Keep putting your name in with other companies for the time being, doesn't hurt.

    Chewy352 Thanks this.

"Truck driving was my dream and I was able to live it for awhile. It was like I didn't even work anymore I enjoy it that much. So I will be back when the time is right and I will choose losing a mirror over a truck next time."

    I dig this kids attitude.

Hey Man, Sorry to hear that. But see the big picture, God is in control, and He knows what is the best for you and your family. I mentioned the other day in another post what my Grandfather used to say, "let go the rings but keep the fingers"; in another word, LIFE is much worthy than any job or career. Thank God no one were hurt in that accident. In a few months, go back to School, get yourself in a refresher program, or any other course that will help you to built up your career back up. With that refresher Certificate some will hire you. DON'T GIVE UP!

Chewy352 and KW Cajun Thank this.
