Nope. Maint VP confirmed their national account pricing with Michelin rep. Just looked online and Loves has them at $1099.99. You really need to broaden your search. $1250 is criminal.

No, don't believe the price was for trailer version. They show the X One XDN2 for $1065. The energy version is in the same price range. But feel free to pay $1250 if you are set on doing so.

Try and negotiate deal in your old tires. My dealer gave me $180 a tire for my wide based tires when I got new tires yesterday. I also got $150 each for my steer tires. $1020 total! Bought 4 new Michelin Xone Xline Energy D's and 2 new Michelin XZA3+ steer tires. Don't have total on new tires yet, as they are thru carrier national account. Will get invoice on those later after they process the purchase thru their system. Will post that when I know.

The steers I took off had 236,000 miles and the drive tires had 446,000 on them.

####, good deal. I think you once posted you do some gravel roads, if so, you might want to carry a screwdriver or other rock-prying device in your pocket when you do walk arounds. The energy d's love to hang on to gravel

Yeah, I do about 3 miles of gravel each weekend going home. I usually try to stay on top of prying gravel out of treads. Don't get all of it every time. Kind of a PITA, but necessary.

To say I was shocked to get what I did for the old tires is an understatement.

After running the gravel, these Xone Line Energy D's don't hold onto gravel nearly as bad as the Xone XDN2's I was running before. Seems to shed the gravel a lot better. I don't have to pick out near as much from my treads. I am a happy camper!
