    yes they have, and I was running up there 25 yrs ago. prior to the DRL's, being on all trucks.

    My Swift mentor trained me headlight's always off. Well rolling in to one in California. I got called out over the PA speaker. Hey Swift turn your headlight's on. Then a chuckle be safe out there. This on 06/04/19. The first day of DOT blitz. I crapped my self.
