Hey I’m a new driver, only been on for about 3 months, and I had a rollover once sent when driving double trailers. I was driving and my front right tire went over the road as I was preparing to get ready for a steady left on the two way narrow levee road and it caused my back trailer to disconnect and flip and spill. My tractor and trailer remained fine with no damages it was just the 2nd trailer. The police came and filled a report but I was not given a citation for the incedent and there was no one else involved. Does anyone know how this will affect my driving record? And will I still be able to get hired from other employer? My work is seasonal and I’m almost done with this company as they said these things happen and let me continue working. Anything helps please!

    tscottme Thanks this.

If no police citation, and ‘they’ said this happens, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say your employer just wants finish out the season, and you find employ elsewhere.

    Were you hauling tomatoes?
We'll help you find another job. You didn't roll the truck at least, just one trailer.

Yes sir I was hauling tomatoes I’m gonna finish this season just to show they kept me on as a driver so the accident seems less serious l(accident are always dangerous) and that they were trusting to keep me on and had no more incidents. I would love some options to find jobs after my season ends. I’m 21

Could I do that if the accident only happened less then a week ago? Thank you!

Driver I don't know if an accident that recent will already be on your records.
You will have a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with your state. My state charges $10 for a 10 year MVR. I request and pay for it online and it my record was visible instantly.
You will have a PSP record with the feds They charge $10 for your record and once you pay and complete the form you will have instant access to your own record. Pre-Employment Screening Program
You are entitiled to AT LEAST 1 free DAC r Hire Right record per year. Applicant Help Hub It can take 15 days to receive your DAC report even if you request it online.

Once again I do not know if those records will already mention an incident that happened just a few days ago.
