How do you ever get to the top of the mountain if you don’t accept challenges?

Years ago, we didn’t have smart phones (or cell phones for that matter) and gps and google maps and whatnot. We had a pocket full of dimes, a road atlas and pen and paper. And we went into NYC. With trucks that had Armstrong steering. They have the same signs as everywhere else in the country. It’s worlds easier nowadays to navigate the city. Watch the signs and make sure you’re in the correct lane BEFORE you get to that sign you’re looking for.

Reward yourself when you get out.

I agree try find TN based company. But you have i40 which is very popular lane for freight. I did school thing long time ago and I searched local companies myself instead of applying to 100s of companies with 1 applications.

    Hi Chinatown,
I am now training for my CDL-A license at a school in Acworth, GA. I live in Marietta, GA. In a little over a month I expect to have my license around mid July. I want to work for a company that gives me weekends at home. I am hoping to work for a company that pays well and I am a very dependable person. I would like to get off to a good start. Any suggestions?
