Great advice. Remember, companies aren't paying you extra to show off!

I did two of those in one day just a few days ago. Nothing to get in a twist over. One of them I had less front end room then the guy in the video. I wont say I could do it better. But I can do it

My first local job had me pulling a 48ft trailer with 22 stops everyday. My first stop was in east LA and my last stop was in Woodland Hills. That's 22 backs in a distance of 35 miles. Five days a week.
What do OTR guys average, one back every other day?

Had to do that in order to pass CDL A exam, though it was between cones representing that scenario, driving a 288' wb condo. You will too.

I'm not the most experienced but I know I could do that (after the 10th try). Keep calm, go slow, get an extra set of eyes. Take it easy and nothing gets wrecked.

I've waited to respond but I'll be honest, that back is cake. It's an example of a very typical, textbook back. It's sight side for gods sake. lol. You're gonna have to do that blindside as well. Several times per day if you go local - with traffic and pedestrians yelling and honking at you.

It just looks scary. Trust me, after you get out here you'll see how easy that really is. Have confidence. You can do it. NO DOUBT!!!!

You get a lot of those garage docks in Brooklyn and Queens. Especially on a sunny day these can be a real b***h because you just cant make out what you're looking at in the mirror backing into a dark hole. Roll down both windows and take the sunglasses off is what helps. And get out and look if needed.
