Now if i was placing a bet on this i'd put good money that he was playing with his cell phone.

 

new hire is as new hire. teams have gotten new since before I got hired in 2011. new every 2 years. ideally these teams are running 6000 a week or better. so they should be in better equipment.

 

i knew trainers got new trucks, every year (at some companies).

wasn't aware that newbies got'em too.

 

solo is luck of the draw. whatever a given location has available. teams they want running. their trucks are turned up and better equipped.

back when 63 was top , team truck went 70... had a hand me down once they forgot to turn down.
